SIMPLE WAYS TO KEEP YOUR BODY HEALTHY

The main aspects of the body to be healthy are physical, mental and diet constraints. The main sources for the body to be healthy are good sleep, regular exercise and mind relaxation.

Physical fitness:
The physical fitness are categorized into two types:

General fitness
In its most general meaning, physical fitness is a general state of good physical health. A physically handicapped person's body may be physically fit (healthy), though its ability is likely to be less than optimum.
Physical fitness is usually a result of regular physical activity and proper nutrition.

Physical fitness can be divided into different areas, including:
  • Flexibility
  • Cardio-respiratory endurance
  • Strength

The government Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans say to aim for at least 2 hours and 30 minutes of aerobic activity that requires moderate effort each week.

Task-oriented fitness
A person may be said to be physically fit to perform a particular task with a reasonable efficiency, for example, fit for military service.

Good Sleep:
Good sleep is very essential for a human body to keep the body healthy and it increases the activeness in the body.
In order to be a very healthy person, you need 8-10 hours of sleep every 24 hours. This keeps you awake and alert, so you don't have to drink caffeine and sugar-loaded energy drinks.

Mind relaxation:
The mind relaxation for the body can be achieved by the recreation activities in the life such as doing yoga and playing games which relaxes the body from day to day burdens and problems.

Water:
Water plays a major role in keeping the body healthy as it purifies the blood in the body and many other organs which help in circulation of essential blood levels and cholesterol levels in the body.

Diet:
healthy diet is one that helps maintain or improve overall health.
A healthy diet provides the body with essential nutrition: fluid, adequate essential amino acids from protein, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and adequate calories. The requirements for a healthy diet can be met from a variety of plant-based and animal-based foods. A healthy diet supports energy needs and provides for human nutrition without exposure to toxicity or excessive weight gain from consuming excessive amounts. Where lack of calories is not an issue, a properly balanced diet (in addition to exercise) is also thought to be important for lowering health risks, such as obesity, heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension and cancer.
